This unit is updated and very loved. We have lived in her for almost a year. We have a new opportunity and have nowhere to store our MoHo. So we must part with her.
We put 4 brand new tires on her. So she's a smooth ride.
We have also replaced the steering gear box, fuel pump, alternator, all new engine and house batteries, and new headlights. We have all receipts to confirm all of that.
She had some signs of old leaks so we have done some renos and repairs to her. We coated the roof seams to prevent further leaks. The only thing she may need is some of the windows resealed.
Kitchen and washroom are fully functional. Lots of handy storage throughout. Numerous exterior storage spaces too. Great awning. Space for a generator if you want one. We didn't feel that the built-in beds were sufficient for our long-term comfort so we put a queen mattress in there. We also had a wooden dowel to hang our clothes behind the cab seats. Furnace works awesome!
She has 91,750 km and is going strong.
She passed inspection in Alberta last spring but will likely need a BC inspection by the new owners.
We are sad to part with such a great home. Make her yours!
